# Kaikim Labs

> Kaikim Labs is a public research lab and venture studio dedicated to discovering emerging markets, validating hypotheses, and building companies around ideas that should exist.

Every research document follows a fixed structure: Problem, Observation,
Hypothesis, Why, Supporting Evidence, Counter Arguments, What Would Prove
This Wrong, Implications, Related Research, References. Each page also
provides a machine readable JSON export at <page-url>index.json and the
raw markdown at <page-url>index.md. Documents carry a confidence score
and an evolution log recording what changed and why.

Confidence scale (0 to 1): 0.00 pure speculation, 0.25 interesting
possibility, 0.50 reasonable hypothesis, 0.75 strong evidence,
0.90 highly supported, 1.00 extremely unlikely to change. Confidence
evolves over time; previous thinking is always preserved.
